Doug and Karen serve with Campus Crusade for Christ International, seeking to lead the most unreached people in all the world to a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Doug and Karen first served with Campus Crusade for Christ at University of California-Berkeley. In 1990 they moved to a country in Central Asia where they focused again on campus ministry and helping in a church plant. In 1991 Doug became the director of our ministry of a country in Central Asia. During our time there we were privileged to see God raise up a team of over 70 from 8 countries including 8 national staff to labor together to reach this 70 million plus predominantly Muslim country with the claims of Christ.

Doug and Karen now serve as the Director of Human Resource, Leadership Development and Member Care for the 30 countries in North Africa, Middle East and the Stan countries of Central Asia. Our heart is to equip and come alongside our 1500+ in growing in Christ-like love for others and Christ-like passion for the Lost.
