Trinity Fellowship Church - Our Core Values

AUTHENTICITY

We value people being authentic and genuine as demonstrated by:
Honesty, humility and transparency towards each other

Speaking the truth in love in relationship

Who we are on Sunday morning is who we are Monday morning

COMMUNITY

We value being a loving, relational family as demonstrated by:
Building caring and loving relationships with each other

Building unity through forgiveness and humility towards one another

    Guarding against gossip and backbiting

Struggle well together in conflict and trials

EMPOWERING PRESENCE

We value God's presence, empowering us to do His will, as demonstrated by:
Actively seeking the Holy Spirit's direction and empowerment for our daily life and ministry through prayer and submission to His Scriptures

Inviting the Holy Spirit to be with us and lead us in every meeting, yielding to His agenda

Being prepared for worship (or any gathering) through preparation and order, while being open to change the worship order if the Spirit leads

INNER HEALING

We value being transformed and restored through Jesus Christ, as demonstrated by:
Recognizing we are all broken people who need God to transform us into the image of Jesus Christ, we seek His healing grace to restore us from the inside out

Welcoming the broken and beaten down, being a safe place for people to struggle

Providing resources and environments that help guide people to experience God's healing grace, moving people from brokenness to wholeness in Christ

KINGDOM CAUSE

We value partnering with God and His mission as demonstrated by:
Challenge people to be actively involved outside the "walls" of Trinity, serving Hickory and Catawba County through activities such as our Quarterly "Acts of Kindness"

Building relationships with people who don't know Christ, serving them and sharing the hope of Christ

Supporting and partnering with other churches, missionaries and missions in prayer and finances
